This system is for individuals aged 75 and older, and those aged 65 and older who have received disability certification from the wide-area union.
Those who turn 75 will automatically join the Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care system from their birthday, transitioning from their current National Health Insurance or Employee Insurance (Social Insurance).
