FY2026 Dental Health Checkup

Implementation until January 31, 2027

In Inagi City, the Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care Dental Health Checkup is conducted for those who turned 75 and 80 years old in the previous fiscal year.

The examination tickets have been sent to the eligible individuals by the end of May.

Eligible Individuals

Among the insured under the Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care system in Inagi City, those who are not residing in facilities, etc.

Those born between April 1, 1945 and March 31, 1946, and between April 1, 1950 and March 31, 1951

How to Receive Medical Examination

1. Please make a reservation directly with the medical institution conducting the health checkup.

Note: Please say "I would like to make a reservation for the Dental Health Checkup for Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care."

2. Please fill out the back side of the Dental Health Checkup voucher (questionnaire) in advance.
