Support Subsidy for Gathering Places
This subsidy partially covers the costs of activities conducted by groups where residents voluntarily engage in community-based preventive care activities or provide daily life support for minor troubles among residents, thereby promoting community vitality and peace of mind.
Details (Please refer to the application guidelines for more information)
We subsidize 90% of the following eligible expenses (items (4) and (5) are reimbursed at actual cost). Note: There is a maximum limit.
(1) Lecturer fees for engaging in preventive care activities
(2) Venue fees necessary for the first year of establishment or to increase the number of sessions
(3) Publicity expenses necessary to increase participants
(4) Coordinator fees for creating community spaces where anyone can participate
(5) Necessary infection prevention expenses to prevent infection
(6) Minor activity expenses such as consumables and stationery necessary for activities
Target Organizations
Must meet all of the following requirements.
- Groups active within the city that include, in principle, five or more Older Adults (approximately 65 years and older) residing in the city (if fewer than five, only publicity expenses aimed at increasing participants are eligible)
- Groups that hold activities at least once a month, including ongoing activities (for new groups, continuity of more than one year is expected)
- Non-profit private organizations that independently manage activities within the community.
- Not intended for political or religious activities.
- The subsidized project must not be receiving similar grants from other sources.
Application Method
(1) Regarding the Application Period
From Wednesday, July 16, 2025, to Tuesday, February 27, 2026.
Note: The application period will end once the budget limit is reached, even if it is within the designated period.
(2) Regarding the Submission Location for Application Forms
Please bring or mail your application form to the Senior Welfare Division counter at Inagi City Hall or to any Community General Support Center.
Note: In addition to downloading, application forms and recruitment guidelines are available at the Senior Welfare Division, Community General Support Centers, City Hall Branch Offices, Cultural Centers, Friend Hirao, and i Plaza.
