Applications for the FY 2025 "Community Gathering Support Subsidy" are now open

Subsidy for Daycare Support

We provide partial subsidies for the costs of activities to groups where residents voluntarily engage in activities that contribute to local nursing care prevention or support each other with minor daily life difficulties, thereby promoting community vitality and peace of mind.

Content (Please refer to the application guidelines for details)

We will subsidize 90% of the following eligible expenses ((4) and (5) are actual costs). Note: There is a limit.

(1) Lecturer fees for engaging in preventive care

(2) Venue fees necessary to increase the number of new launch years and event occurrences

(3) Publicity expenses necessary to increase participants

(4) Coordinator expenses for creating community spaces where everyone can participate

(5) Necessary infection prevention measures costs to prevent infection

(6) Minor activity expenses such as consumables and stationery necessary for activities

Target Organizations

Meet all of the following requirements.

  • Groups active within the city that include, in principle, five or more Older Adults (approximately 65 years and older) residing in the city (if fewer than five, only publicity expenses aimed at increasing participants are eligible)
  • The group must be active at least once a month, and for new groups, it is expected that activities will continue for more than one year.
  • It must be a non-profit private organization that independently operates activities in the community.
  • It must not be for the purpose of political or religious activities.
  • The subsidized project must not be receiving similar grants from other sources.

Application Method

(1) About the Application Period

From Wednesday, July 16, 2025 to Friday, February 27, 2026.

Note: The program will end as soon as the budget limit is reached, even within the designated period.

 

(2) About the Submission Location of the Application Form

Please bring or mail it to the Senior Welfare Division counter at Inagi City Hall or to each Community General Support Center.

Note: In addition to downloading, application forms and recruitment guidelines are available at the Senior Welfare Division, Community General Support Center, City Hall Branch Offices, Cultural Center, Friend Hirao, and i Plaza.
