Commissioned Welfare Volunteer and Child Welfare Commissioner PR Exhibition

　May 12th every year is "Commissioned Welfare Volunteer and Child Commissioner Day," established by the National Federation of Commissioned Welfare Volunteers and Child Commissioners. Also, the week starting from May 12th is designated as "Activity Strengthening Week," during which activities are carried out to raise awareness about the existence and roles of Commissioned Welfare Volunteers and Child Commissioners.

　In Inagi City, a Commissioned Welfare Volunteer and Child Commissioner PR Exhibition was held in the City Hall 1st floor lobby from Tuesday, May 12, 2024, to Thursday, May 14, 2024. During the period, many citizens viewed the exhibits, and PR goods along with the Inagi City Commissioned Welfare Volunteer and Child Commissioner Council newsletter were distributed.

Mayor as a Commissioned Welfare Volunteer for a Day

　On Tuesday, May 12th, the Mayor conducted a morning greeting campaign at Minamiyama Elementary School and PR activities in the City Hall first-floor lobby. During the morning greeting campaign, the Mayor exchanged lively greetings with the students going to school, and at the PR exhibition, introduced the activities of the Commissioned Welfare Volunteers to visitors.
