The "Obstetric Medical Compensation System" provides compensation to children who have developed severe cerebral palsy for various reasons during childbirth and their families, while also working on cause analysis and prevention of recurrence.
Recently, a review of the obstetric medical compensation system has been conducted, and for babies born after January 2022, the "compensation eligibility criteria" have changed. The individual review that required hypoxic conditions has been abolished, and the new standard is that the gestational age must be 28 weeks or more.
The application deadline is from the day of your child's first birthday to the day of their fifth birthday.
