Everyone who is turning twenty this year, how about planning and managing The Coming of Age Ceremony by yourselves?
We are looking forward to applications from those with a spirit of challenge!

Residents born between April 2, 2005, and April 1, 2006

Contents

• Participation in a meeting approximately once a month (scheduled for about 1.5 hours starting at 7 PM)
• Planning and Management of Ceremonies

Message from the Executive Committee from Last Year

• I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be involved as an executive committee member in the once-in-a-lifetime Coming of Age Ceremony. There were times when balancing this with my personal life was challenging, but on the day of the event, I received many "thank you!" messages from people, and I felt from the bottom of my heart that it was worth doing.
• Being able to serve as a member of the execution committee for The Coming of Age Ceremony was a valuable experience. From the preparation stage to the day of the ceremony, we worked together, deepening our bonds with each other. There were challenges, but I will never forget the sense of accomplishment when we successfully completed The Coming of Age Ceremony. Seeing the smiles of the participants made me feel the significance of my involvement as a committee member.
