About the Small Business Financing Assistance System for Fiscal Year 7 of Reiwa

Application Method

Please attach all the required documents and submit your application. After receipt, City Hall will contact you to inform whether the mediation can proceed.
Details of the loan and required documents are provided in the brochure. Please be sure to check the contents in advance.

• Note: Applications at the counter are only accepted at the Economic Affairs Section counter on the 6th floor of Inagi City Hall. (Not accepted at Branch Offices)

　(Reception is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Only deposit services are provided. Note: Reception is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and holidays when the office is open.)

• Note: The review takes about 1 to 10 days. Please be aware that the review results will not be available on the day of application.

Note: If the number of applications reaches the planned budget amount (including estimates), acceptance may be suspended.

Small Business Financing Assistance System

The Small Business Financing Assistance System is a program that facilitates loans for necessary funds for business management to small and medium-sized enterprises in the city. Depending on the purpose of the funds, you can choose from operating funds, equipment funds, emergency operating funds, or startup funds.

• Subsidy for part or all of the credit guarantee fee (if a loan is received during the fiscal year 2025).
• Partial Burden of Interest

The city carries out these measures to make it easier to borrow from financial institutions.
Note: Regarding the subsidy for credit guarantee fees for working capital and equipment funds of small and micro enterprises, Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides partial subsidies.

Common Requirements

• No arrears in Municipal Resident Tax and Corporate Municipal Resident Tax.
• It is possible to have a joint guarantor who resides in Tokyo or the neighboring prefectures, as recognized by financial institutions and credit guarantee organizations.
• Note: Excluding some eligible individuals.
• Note: Refinancing is not available.
• Note: If there is a transfer (relocation) outside of Inagi City, business closure, changes to the initial repayment plan (excluding lump-sum early repayment), or significant changes to the repayment details, please be aware that interest subsidies will not be provided after the date of change.
• Note: Please be aware that the reception may be suspended when the budgeted amount is reached.
• Note: Please check the pamphlet for the requirements of operating and equipment funds, emergency operating funds, and start-up funds.
