Companies actively recruiting new graduates, about 20 companies each day, approximately 40 companies over 2 days will gather. You can directly exchange opinions with company HR representatives. A company tour will also be held later (staff will accompany you for peace of mind).

A mini job interview event where about five companies from each department actively recruiting young people participate. There is no document screening, so you can apply and appeal on the spot.
A chance to showcase your appeal! Even first-timers can feel at ease with support from a job coordinator.

Shigotama Job Interview Event in Tachikawa 2days

 

Held on the weekend Friday and Saturday, 20 companies each day, with 40 companies (planned) gathering in Tachikawa over 2 days. You can have interviews with multiple companies without document screening. It is also okay to just listen to the companies' explanations.
Free participation, casual dress code, and if you do not have a resume prepared, you can participate using the entry sheet available at the venue.

Work in My Own Way! Online Job Hunting Course

 

This is an online employment support program that allows those who find it difficult to go out due to parenting or caregiving to learn at their own pace. With three types of support—"Mentor Consultation," where you can casually consult with seniors who are a step ahead about work, family, and parenting concerns; "Skill-Up Videos," which you can watch as many times as you want during your spare time; and "Follow-Up Meetings," which deepen your learning and build confidence—we support "working in my own way."

Women

Videos can be watched anytime, 24 hours a day. Online follow-up meetings are held monthly.
