Holidays, etc.

Two days off per week, annual paid leave (10 days for a one-year appointment), year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, condolence leave, etc.

Appointment Period

The appointment period is based on the fiscal year, so the first year will be from the start date of work until the end of that fiscal year (March 31). The appointment for the following fiscal year will be determined based on the results of personnel evaluations and other factors.
Regarding staff appointed as substitutes for employees on childcare leave or other leave, their appointment will be until the return of the employee on leave, even considering the results of the above personnel evaluation (the appointment period will be notified at the beginning of the fiscal year).
Please note that all positions have a one-month conditional employment period (working conditions will be the same as those upon official employment).

Bonuses, etc.

A year-end diligence allowance will be paid in June and December based on work status and performance.
