What is a Financial Settlement

The income of a local government for one fiscal year is called "revenue," and the expenditures are called "expenditures."

A financial statement is a calculation table that clarifies the results and performance of the execution of the revenue and expenditure budget for one fiscal year, prepared based on the Local Autonomy Act.

The financial settlement is finalized after the end of the fiscal year when the accounting manager submits the financial statements, etc., to the mayor, undergoes examination by the audit committee, and is approved by the city council.
