Application for Public Facilities Reservation System

- Inquiries about facility availability can also be made by phone.
- Facility reservations are also accepted at the SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUTE office counter.
- Please apply between 3 months and 4 days before the date of use.
- The reception will be in the order of application. However, there may be prior reservations for events hosted by the city.
