Project Overview
The Tama Service Support Facility, a U.S. military recreation facility in the city, retains untouched nature since the post-war period and the remnants of the former Imperial Japanese Army's munitions factory (Tama Powder Manufacturing Plant). In this project, participants will take a walk while listening to explanations within the facility, with the cooperation of the U.S. military.
Note: We will walk for about 3 hours mainly on paved roads with elevation changes.

Eligibility
-
- Residents of the city (Applications from multiple individuals are limited to family members of the same household).
- Those who have Japanese nationality (please consult in advance if you do not have Japanese nationality).
- Those who have not participated in this project since the autumn walk of Reiwa 4.

One of the following identification documents is required for admission (valid within the expiration date).

Driver's license and Certificate of Residence with registered domicile (within 3 months of issuance)

Passport
If you are selected, it is mandatory to "submit identification documents in advance" and "present the original at the time of admission."
Details will be provided at the time of the winning notification.

Lottery Results
For this event, we receive applications from many more people than the capacity each time, and a lottery is held.
Those who have been confirmed to participate will be contacted with further information via email, etc.
(Please note that we will not contact those who were not selected.)
Also, by clicking the following "Tama Service Auxiliary Facility Selection Result Inquiry Page" and entering the reception number starting with AK issued at the time of application, you can view the lottery results.
If it says "Reception," your application has been completed, but since it is before the lottery results, please wait until the lottery results are announced.
Note: Due to system maintenance, access will be unavailable from 10:00 PM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, to 5:00 AM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

In case of application at the counter (Application acceptance has ended)
- Please prepare one form of identification (either a driver's license or a passport) and come to the Policy and Planning Division counter on the 5th floor of Inagi City Hall.
- Staff at the counter will guide you on how to apply using the city's tablet devices or your own smartphone. (You can apply even if you do not have a smartphone.)
Important Notes (Counter Application)
- You need to fill in your registered domicile, so please check in advance before coming.
- It is necessary to enter the registration number of the identity verification document (driver's license number for driver's licenses, passport number for passports).
- If applying as a family (same household), only the representative needs to apply, but information for all participants including "Name", "Date of Birth", "Nationality", "Registered Domicile", and "Registration Number (if using a driver's license or passport for admission)" is required.
Special Notes
- Cancellations or changes may occur due to weather conditions or the circumstances of the U.S. military.
- Identification is required for all participants on the day of the event (including family members). If you forget it, you will not be allowed to enter. If you are using a driver's license, a Certificate of Residence with your registered address is also required.
- We will send the email from the address "kikakuseisaku@city.inagi.lg.jp", so please set up your account to receive emails.
- There are no parking lots or bicycle parking.
