Frequently Asked Questions (Disability Welfare)
QuestionWhat services are available for people with visual impairments who want to know about city information?
Response
Publication and Distribution of Braille and Voice Publicity in Inagi City
In order to provide information and updates on City Administration, we distribute the "Inagi Newsletter Braille Edition" and the "Voice Newsletter" recorded on cassette tape free of charge, according to the requests of visually impaired individuals and others.
In addition, the "Lifelong Learning Newsletter - Hiroba" included in the 15th issue of the "Inagi Newsletter" and the "Inagi City Council Newsletter" published four times a year (mid-May, mid-August, mid-November, mid-February) are also produced in braille and audio formats.
Official Website of Inagi City
The city website is created and managed with the concept of "universal design," ensuring it is easy to see and use for everyone regardless of disability or age, with consideration for accessibility. By using the "Change Text Size/Color" and "Text-to-Speech" options located under "Search" at the top of the homepage, you can adjust the display size and screen colors or have the website content read aloud using synthetic speech.
Please let us know your feedback on how to make our website better.
