Guidance for Accepting Government Inspections

Thank you for considering a visit to Inagi City.
Currently, Inagi City is accepting visits from the councils of other municipalities.
If you wish to conduct an administrative inspection, please apply using the following procedure.

Request

If you wish to make an inspection, please apply basically one month before the desired inspection date.
Please be sure to apply through your Neighborhood Association's Inagi City Council Secretariat.
There may be cases where we cannot accept requests due to the dates of Regular Sessions, special meetings, committee meetings, or the circumstances of the responsible department.

Application for Government Inspection

Please fill in the required information on the "Application Form for Government Inspection of Inagi City" and send it by email to the Inagi City Council Secretariat.
After sending, we kindly ask you to contact the Inagi City Council Secretariat by phone for confirmation of arrival.

After the reception, we will coordinate the schedule and inspection details with the responsible department and contact the person in charge regarding the acceptance or rejection. It may take a few days to respond for coordination purposes.

If acceptance is possible, please send the following documents to our office.

• Official request document addressed to the Inagi City Council Chairman
• Participant List
• Inspection Schedule
• Detailed questions regarding the inspection items
