Inagi City Sewerage Operations Management Strategy
What is the Inagi City Sewerage Operations Management Strategy
A management strategy is a medium- to long-term business plan for local public enterprises to continue their operations stably into the future.
Sewerage is one of the essential lifelines supporting citizens' lives and socio-economic activities. Inagi City's public sewerage operations have been developed with the aim of improving the living environment and promoting the use of flush toilets.
On the other hand, due to the arrival of the renewal period associated with asset aging and the frequent occurrence of abnormal weather, the environment surrounding the public Sewerage Operations has become increasingly severe. Therefore, based on the sound management as a foundation, the basic policy is to provide stable and efficient sewerage services, and the management strategy was formulated in FY2020.
After five years, it was updated, and a new management strategy was formulated based on the Request for Public Comments. The planning period is 10 years from FY2024 to FY2033.
