(Tokyo Metropolitan Project) Tokyo Zero Emission Points
Project Overview
In Tokyo, to encourage energy-saving actions at home, we are implementing a program that grants "Tokyo Zero Emission Points" for replacing air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters, or LED lighting fixtures with more energy-efficient models, and provides an immediate discount equivalent to the points awarded.
We would like to inform you that from purchases made on or after August 30, 2025, the program will be expanded to include elderly people and people with disabilities.
Applicable Products
Energy-efficient air conditioners, refrigerators, high-efficiency water heaters, LED lighting fixtures
Note: Please check the eligible products on the business website or at registered stores under the system.
Eligible Applicants
(1) Tokyo residents who replaced their products with eligible ones at registered stores under the system and installed them in residences within Tokyo
(2) Tokyo residents who have newly purchased air conditioners and refrigerators with particularly high energy-saving performance at system-registered stores and installed them in residences within Tokyo
(3) Older Adults (65 years and older) or persons with disabilities who purchase air conditioners with particularly high energy-saving performance at system-registered stores and install them in residences within Tokyo (their own place of residence)

4,000 to 80,000 points depending on requirements (1) and (2)
