Where is the Land Readjustment Project being implemented in Inagi City?
In Inagi City, the Land Readjustment Project implemented by the city is being carried out in four areas: around Yanokuchi Station, Inagi-Naganuma Station, Minami-Tama Station on the JR Nambu Line, and the Enokido area.
Additionally, the Land Readjustment Project implemented by associations is being conducted in the eastern part of Minamiyama.

What kind of application is required when building a structure within the Land Readjustment Project area?
If you are constructing within the Land Readjustment Project area, you will need to submit an application under Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act and an application related to the District Plan before applying for building confirmation.
In addition, depending on the size of the building, applications for guided volume and development guidance may be required. The relevant authorities differ for each.
