Guidelines for Residential Land Development in Inagi City

[Notice] The Guidelines for Residential Land Development will be transitioned to the Community Development Ordinance.

　The Inagi City Community Development Ordinance will be enforced from April 1, 2026.
For applications for development projects and the like submitted on or after April 1, 2026, please follow the procedures under the Community Development Ordinance.

　For development projects for which a prior project plan review request was submitted by March 31, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 1, Article 2 of the Guidelines for Residential Land Development in Inagi City, please continue to follow the procedures under the Guidelines for Residential Land Development in Inagi City until the completion of the project. The provisions of the Community Development Ordinance do not apply.

Purpose of the Guidelines

The purpose of this guideline is to prevent disorderly land development and to smoothly promote land development projects that contribute to good Community Development, in cooperation between the City of Inagi and Business Operators engaged in residential land development within Inagi City, as well as to realize the vision of "Inagi City, a town surrounded by greenery and filled with friendship".

Scope of Application

• Development activities that require a development permit under the provisions of Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act
• Construction projects for collective housing (including row houses and single-person units) with a planned number of housing units of 15 or more
• Construction projects for mid-rise buildings, where the height of the building exceeds 10 meters
• Development activities based on the designation of road location under Article 42, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Building Standards Act
