About the Inagi City Community Development Ordinance

　The Community Development Ordinance of Inagi City will come into effect on April 1, 2026.
For applications for development projects and the like submitted on or after April 1, 2026, please follow the procedures under the Community Development Ordinance.

　For development projects for which a prior project plan review request was submitted by March 31, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 1, Article 2 of the Guidelines for Residential Land Development in Inagi City, please continue to follow the procedures under the Guidelines for Residential Land Development in Inagi City until the completion of the project. The provisions of the Community Development Ordinance do not apply.

What is the Community Development Ordinance?

　The Community Development Ordinance of Inagi City establishes the basic principles of community development that Inagi City aims for together with its citizens, the District Plan and other frameworks, the mechanisms for resident participation in community development, coordination in development projects, and standards for carrying out development projects. It aims to realize an attractive community development enveloped by the rich greenery of the Tama Hills and the abundant waters of the Tama River, where people across generations interact, experience a high quality and richness of life, and where citizens can settle continuously through generational succession.
