The Mayor of Inagi City provides the Inagi City Oak Wilt Countermeasure Project Subsidy (hereinafter referred to as the "subsidy") within the budget to citizens who have implemented measures such as prevention and extermination of oak wilt damage caused by the oak wilt fungus transmitted by the oak longhorn beetle. This aims to prevent the spread of oak wilt damage within Inagi City and to conserve the natural environment.

Eligible for Subsidy

This is a project to entrust and implement the extermination of trees affected by oak wilt through prevention measures to prevent death for trees with no or minor damage, or through insecticide treatment for trees that have been affected, by business operators capable of carrying out such tasks, in order to suppress the spread of oak wilt damage to Quercus, Castanopsis, and other oak species on privately owned land in Inagi City.
