Dementia Care Pathway Updated (2025 Edition)
In Inagi City, to continue living in familiar communities, we have published a pamphlet called "Dementia Care Path" that organizes and clearly summarizes information about dementia and local resources.
We have renewed the content and published the 2025 edition of the "Guide to Living with Dementia (Inagi City Dementia Care Path)". Additionally, we have created a simplified version for awareness and promotion called "Dementia: Know, Support, Connect (Inagi City Dementia Navi)". Please make use of these resources!

Many people cooperated, including related organizations, individuals with dementia, and members of the dementia family association "Orange i."
Not only individuals with dementia and their families, but also citizens and professionals such as medical and caregiving personnel can utilize this.
