To Everyone Celebrating Respect for the Aged Day and Senior Citizens' Day
Message from the Mayor on Senior Citizens' Day and Respect for the Aged Day
On Senior Citizens' Day (September 15) and Respect for the Aged Day (September 21), the mayor will deliver a message to Older Adults via video.
We will send commemorative gifts for Older Adults awards
To celebrate longevity, the city will send commemorative gifts (catalog gifts) to eligible individuals.
Eligible individuals are those residing in the city who, as of September 15, are the oldest men and women, as well as those aged 100 and 88.
Delivery is scheduled from mid-September to mid-November through members of the Senior Employment Center.
