Support is provided for older adults with dementia, individuals with intellectual disabilities, those with mental disabilities, and individuals with physical disabilities, to help them continue to live safely in the community through consultations and assistance in utilizing welfare services.

Consultation Services (Free)

We accept consultations such as the following.

  • Consultation and Information Provision Regarding Welfare Service Utilization
  • Consultation for the Protection of Rights for Individuals with Insufficient Judgment Capacity
  • Consultation and Support for the Use of the Adult Guardianship System (Note)
  • Consultation for Complaints Regarding the Use of Welfare Services

Note: Regarding the adult guardianship system, support will be provided in collaboration with Inagi City, the Community General Support Center, and the Tama South Adult Guardianship Center.

Note: We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the New Year holidays (from December 28 to January 4).

Special Consultation (Reservation Required: Free)

We provide support for specific solutions through professional consultations with lawyers.

Every third Wednesday of the month from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Assistance for Utilizing Welfare Services

We provide assistance with the procedures for utilizing welfare services for those who may not have sufficient judgment ability due to age or disability, as well as for those with physical disabilities. Additionally, we will hold and store important documents such as daily financial payments and bankbooks.

How to Use

If you consult with us, a specialist will visit, listen to your wishes, create a support plan, and after you are fully satisfied, we will conclude a contract.

Note: All consultations are free of charge. Assistance after the contract will be charged.

Complaints Resolution Committee

We accept inquiries and complaints regarding the use of health and welfare services, and support the resolution of these issues promptly and appropriately to ensure better services.
If you have complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the welfare services you are currently receiving, it is generally required to report them to the Business Operators providing the service. However, if you are having difficulties such as "I don't know how to file a complaint," "the Business Operators are not responding sincerely," or "it's hard to speak directly to the Business Operators," please feel free to consult with us.
In the case of a complaint, the Inagi City Health and Welfare Service Complaint Resolution Committee will coordinate with the Business Operators for the resolution of the complaint.

However, the following complaints cannot be handled.

  • Cases that have been one year since the date of the complaint
  • Cases that are pending in court or have been concluded by judgment, settlement, etc.
  • Cases for which an objection has been filed or cases that have been concluded by a decision, etc.
  • Cases of petitions and submissions to the mayor or city council
  • Cases being processed by other complaint handling organizations, etc.
