Medical Expenses Assistance System for Children with Chronic Specific Diseases

For children with specific chronic pediatric diseases, in order to reduce the burden on families of affected children from the perspective of healthy development, we will subsidize a portion of the out-of-pocket medical expenses related to their treatment.

Note: Necessary documents related to the Application Form are also provided at this counter.

However, the medical certificate (Opinion Statement) required for the application will be prepared by the designated medical institution using the format specified by the national government, so it is not distributed at the City Hall.
