What is the Sponsorship Name of the Inagi City Board of Education?

"Inagi City Board of Education Sponsorship Name" means that the Inagi City Board of Education agrees with the purpose of events or activities conducted by companies or organizations and provides its name for sponsorship.
The sponsorship name refers to projects for which the Inagi City Board of Education does not bear any part of the expenses or goods required for operation, and city employees do not participate in planning or management.
In addition, it is possible to use the name of the Inagi City Board of Education with appropriate terms other than "sponsorship" (such as "cooperation" or "support").

Business Operators

Only organizations that meet any of the following requirements are eligible to apply.

1. Government agencies and equivalent organizations
2. Public interest corporations and equivalent organizations (excluding religious corporations, religious groups, political parties, and political organizations)
3. Educational organizations, community organizations, cultural organizations, welfare organizations, and other equivalent organizations
4. Media organizations, academic research institutions, and other equivalent organizations
5. Companies and organizations that have concluded agreements, etc. with Inagi City or the Inagi City Board of Education
6. Organizations that do not fall under any of the above requirements but meet all of the following requirements.
   1. The existence and location of the organizer are clear.
   2. Establishing rules, articles of incorporation, bylaws, or other regulations, and having an organization and structure that express the collective will of the group.
   3. Having a solid track record of activities and being recognized as having sufficient intention and ability to carry out the project.

Purpose and content of the project

The purpose and content of the project align with the policies of the Inagi City Board of Education and are recognized by the Chairperson as contributing to the promotion of these policies and the improvement of education, academia, culture, sports, and other areas for citizens.

Nature of the project

1. It must be recognized as having public interest.
2. It must not violate laws or public order and morals, and must not be subject to social criticism.
3. When implementing the project, it is necessary to have obtained the required permits at the time of application, or to have a reasonable expectation of obtaining them.
4. Mainly not for the purpose of profit or commercial advertising.
5. Activities such as religious propagation, instruction, or promotion, or activities that deny the significance of religion and promote non-religion, or any other activities that undermine the religious neutrality of the Inagi City Board of Education.
6. Events or other activities that support or oppose a specific political party, or any other activities that undermine the political neutrality of the Inagi City Board of Education.
7. The project content must be widely open to the public.
8. When implementing the project, if there is a possibility of noise or congestion, sufficient measures should be taken.
9. Do not conduct donation or signature activities for the benefit of the organization or other related organizations themselves.
10. Do not solicit for projects or activities conducted by organizations, etc.

Other conditions

1. Sufficient measures must be taken regarding public hygiene and disaster prevention at the venue.
2. If approval for the use of the name of sponsorship, etc., by the Inagi City Board of Education has been granted in the past, the obligation to submit a performance report has been fulfilled, and the approval for name use has not been revoked.

Application Process

When applying, please submit the attached documents listed in the "Application Form for Approval to Use Sponsorship Name" to the Education General Affairs Section, Education General Affairs Division, Inagi City Board of Education. (Please note that it takes approximately one month for approval, so be mindful of the application timing.)
After the completion of the project, please promptly submit the attached documents and project photos listed in the "Report on the Use of Sponsorship Name for the Project" to the Education General Affairs Section, Education General Affairs Division, Inagi City Board of Education.

Conditions for Approval

1. If there are any changes to the plan, promptly submit a notification and obtain approval.
2. When creating flyers, posters, etc., submit them to the Education General Affairs Division in advance before posting or distributing.
3. When distributing flyers to Elementary and Junior High Schools
   1. Sort the flyers by grade and class, and attach a distribution request letter to the school.
   2. Delivery to each school will be carried out by the organizing body.
4. If it is determined that there is a violation of the regulations regarding the operation of public projects and the use of names by the Inagi City Board of Education, the Board of Education will immediately revoke the approval of sponsorship and will not grant approval in the future.
5. After the project is completed, promptly submit the sponsorship performance report.
