Articles about events and member recruitment by citizen activity groups can be published in the Lifelong Learning newsletter "Hiroba".
Please check the details below.

1. About Requirements

The organizations that can publish articles about membership recruitment and events are as follows.

  1. Social education related organizations with Community Center user registration
  2. Social education related organizations with user registration for sports facilities
  3. Social education organizations with a school facility usage permit
  4. Social education organizations with group registration for school sports facilities
  5. Social education related organizations with user registration for cultural facilities
  6. Social education organizations with user registration for SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUE
  7. Social education organizations that operate in public facilities or similar facilities located within the area of Inagi City, which have submitted a membership list, bylaws, financial documents, and other documents designated by the Director of Education.
  8. Specified Nonprofit Organization that has an office in the city and conducts Social Education activities in the city (limited to articles about events)
  9. Educational institutions located in the city and related PTA organizations (limited to event articles)
  10. Social education organizations that host projects supported by the Inagi City Board of Education (limited to articles about events held within the city)

2. About Publication Application

Online Submission

Organizations that meet requirements 1 through 6, please submit using the applicable reception form below.

Groups that fall under requirements 7 to 10, please submit using the application form below.

Please apply at one of the following locations where user registration or group registration has been completed.

 〈Requirements 3 and 4〉 Education General Affairs Section (6th floor, City Hall)

Social Education-related organizations corresponding to requirements 7 to 10

Please apply to the Lifelong Learning Division (Central Cultural Center).
Please submit the manuscript along with the membership list, regulations, financial statements, general meeting materials, and other related documents.

3. Manuscript Submission Deadline

The 10th of the month before the desired publication month (December 5 deadline only for the January 15 issue)

4. Regarding Manuscript Preparation

Please prepare the manuscript with the following points in mind.

Events

  • Can be published up to 4 times between April and March of the following year.
  • The title should be within 20 characters, and the lead text within 28 characters.
  • Please include the day of the week by the deadline.
  • Please write participation fees and admission charges in kanji numerals.

Membership Recruitment

  • You can publish once between April and March of the following year.
  • For activity dates and times, if activities are held weekly, please only list the day of the week.
  • Activity details should be within approximately 20 characters.
  • Please specify the membership fees so that "monthly fee" and "admission fee" are clear.

Common Matters

  • Symbols such as "!" and "?" cannot be used.
  • Please use the notation for AM and PM.
  • Please only list the building name for the venue and activity location.
  • Only one contact detail can be listed: phone number, fax, or email address.
    Also, please provide furigana for names.

5. Notes

  • Due to space constraints, parts of the manuscript may be modified or deleted.
  • If there are many requested manuscripts, publication may be delayed until the following month or later.
  • After manuscript submission, there may be cases where it cannot be published as a result of the review.
  • Submitting a manuscript does not guarantee publication.
