Residents and workers in the city who are approximately 60 years old or older

Contents

Four Zumba classes for seniors were planned by citizens. Moving your body by imitating the instructor to lively Latin music.

The first and second sessions are designed to get used to the music while checking the movements, and the third and fourth sessions aim to be able to move to some extent, making it a somewhat relaxed course.
