Parents living, working, or studying in the city and their children under 6 months old
Note: Parent and child who can participate in all scheduled days in principle

Session 1: "Stretch & Relaxation"

2nd Session: "Nursery Rhymes Useful for Parenting"

　Instructor: Shinobu Mori (Instructor of Parent-Child Warabeuta Association)

3rd Session: "Face Yoga & Body Conditioning for a Smile"

　Instructor: Tomomi Tanaka (Facial Muscle Trainer & Yoga Instructor)

4th Session: What We Want to Tell Everyone Raising Children - "The Importance of Food, Seasonality, and Food Education"
