Congestion at the service counters is expected

The business system will be replaced at the various service counters on the first floor of City Hall and other locations.

As a result, congestion is expected at the service counters on the following dates due to longer processing times.

• December 15, 2025 (Monday) to December 20, 2025 (Saturday)

Note: December 15 (Monday) is expected to be especially crowded.

Note: December 20 (Saturday) is a holiday office opening day; therefore, only the Citizen Affairs Division, Insurance and Pension Division (National Health Insurance Section only), Taxation Division (Municipal Resident Tax Section only), and Revenue Collection Division will be accepting visitors.
