Standardization of Local Government Information Systems

Standardization of local government information systems refers to the initiative, based on the "Act on the Standardization of Local Government Information Systems," to transition core business systems responsible for resident services in local governments to systems compliant with national standard specifications (standard-compliant systems). This process is being implemented sequentially across local governments nationwide.
With the transition to a tax system compliant with the standard specifications, the layouts of forms such as notification letters and templates, which were previously independently determined by each local government, will be unified into layouts based on the standard specifications.
For more details about this initiative, please refer to the following page.
