A Public Proposal Will Be Conducted for the Outsourcing of Digital Utilization Support Staff and Related Services at Inagi City Elementary and Junior High Schools
Purpose of Proposal Implementation
By having school faculty and staff conduct lessons that effectively utilize ICT devices such as one device (iPad) per student, students' motivation to learn can be enhanced, and their information utilization skills and academic abilities can be firmly established. This project aims for the Inagi City Board of Education and Inagi City Public Schools to promote the smooth introduction and use of ICT devices in school education by utilizing digital utilization support staff with ICT support technology, thereby contributing to the improvement of students' motivation to learn and information utilization skills, as well as further advancing educational DX.

Selection Method
For business operators who have submitted an application to participate in this proposal, the "Open Proposal Review Committee on Outsourcing Services for Digital Utilization Support Staff at Inagi City Public Elementary and Junior High Schools," established by the Inagi City Board of Education, will conduct document screening, presentations, and Q&A sessions, and will comprehensively evaluate and select based on the creativity of the proposal content, ability to execute the work, economic efficiency, price, and other factors.
After selecting the preferred negotiator, detailed discussions will be held with the city to make adjustments towards the conclusion of the business outsourcing contract. If negotiations for the contract conclusion fail, negotiations will be conducted in order from the business operators with the highest scores obtained. However, if the budget related to this project is not established, the contract will not be concluded.
