Regarding Unauthorized Access Damage to the Electronic Application Service Used by Inagi City

It has been discovered that "LoGo Form," provided by Trust Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Trust Bank"), which Inagi City uses for electronic applications, experienced unauthorized access, potentially leading to the leakage of some personal information externally. Regarding this service, we have received a report from Trust Bank that they have identified and blocked the route of unauthorized access, and at this time, no misuse of information has been confirmed.

1 Number of user accounts with potential leaks

Among those who have a user account for the LoGo form, there is a possibility that information of 399 people across the entire system has been leaked, including 3 residents of Inagi City.

2 Information that may be subject to leakage

User account registration information managed by Trust Bank Co. (email address, name, phonetic reading, address, phone number, gender, date of birth, among the entered information)

Note: There has been no leakage of application information managed by Inagi City (information applied to Inagi City using forms).

3 Response after the accident by Trust Bank Corporation
