Purpose

This award aims to honor those who have given hope to society through activities in academics, arts, culture, industry, sports, etc., and who have achieved distinguished accomplishments or achievements widely respected and admired by citizens.

This award is given to those deemed appropriate for recognition in light of the purpose of this commendation.

Method of Commendation

Awards are given by presenting the Citizen's Honor Award.
