School Features
The school district of this school, which opened in 1970, has several branches of the Omaru Irrigation Canal flowing through it, and the irrigation canal in front of the school is home to large carp, small fish, and crayfish. Additionally, the area is rich in greenery, with pear and grape orchards scattered throughout. During the integrated learning time called "Pear Time," we utilize local educational resources such as the Omaru Irrigation Canal and pear cultivation to promote exploratory learning activities.
This fiscal year, aiming to establish fundamental knowledge and skills as the foundation of academic ability, we will conduct activities such as Yonsyo Drills, Kanji Learning, Second School (supplementary classes), and Summer School (learning classes led by local community and Parent or Guardian volunteers). Additionally, we will work on daily lesson improvements and conduct research lessons by all teachers as part of in-school research.
