Reservation Schedule

Reserve and Use the Facility

Groups that have completed user registration can make reservations in advance and use each room.

Note: Applications from groups that have not completed user registration can be made from the 11th of the month one month prior to the usage month. Applications can only be made at the Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Comprehensive Gymnasium) reception desk.

Lottery Application Period

From the 15th to the 25th, three months before the month of use

Lottery Result Announcement Date

9 AM on the 1st of the month, two months prior to the usage month

Vacant Slot Reservation Period

• From 9:00 AM on the 1st day two months before the month of use until 5 days before the day of use

[Reservation Acceptance Period at Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena Counter]

• From 4 days before the day of use until 5 PM on the day before the day of use
• Reservations cannot be made if it falls on a closed day of Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Note)

Note: The 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. However, if it is a holiday, the next weekday will apply.

Payment Deadline

• Until 3 days after the lottery result announcement date or the reservation application date
• If you choose to pay in cash at the time of reservation, payment cannot be made on the closed days of Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Note 1).

Note 2: If you make a reservation at the Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena counter, you will pay the usage fee on the spot.

Number of Slots You Can Apply For

[At the Time of Lottery Application]

• Up to 1 slot per week for all rooms (however, the meeting room can be applied for separately up to 1 slot per week)

[At the Time of Vacant Slot Reservation Application]

• From the 1st day two months prior to the usage month ⇒ Regardless of lottery application results, up to 1 slot per week

[Removal of Limits]

• From the 1st of the month one month prior to the usage month ⇒ No restrictions

Application by Unregistered Groups

From 9:00 AM on the 11th, one month prior

• Reservations are confirmed by applying at the Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena counter and paying the usage fee.
• The usage fee will be double the amount.

Use Individually (Open to Individuals / Training Room)

Common Matters

• No user registration is required to use the facility.
• Reservations are not necessary, so please purchase a usage ticket from the ticket vending machine next to the counter on the day of use.
• Use is free for persons with disabilities (presentation of a Physical Disability Certificate or similar is required).
• Please be sure to bring indoor shoes.

Use Individual Access

• The arena and other facilities are opened for individual use on a rotating daily basis.
• You can use badminton, basketball, table tennis, kyudo (Japanese archery), and more.
