Guide to Using the Public Facilities Reservation System (Sports Facilities)

The Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System has been renewed.

From February 2025 usage, the public facility reservation system for gymnasium facilities has been migrated to a new system.

How to Register as a User

To apply for facility use through the Public Facilities Reservation System, prior user registration is required.
User registration includes individual registration and group registration, and the applicable type varies depending on the facility used.

• An "individual" refers to a person who has registered as a user.
• A "group" refers to an organization that has registered as a user. Additionally, the available features may vary depending on the facility.
• In "Availability Inquiry," you can check available facilities.
• In "Lottery," you can apply for the lottery.
• In "Reservation," you can reserve available facilities.

How to Apply for Lottery and Reservation

Lottery Process

1. Only registered users and registered organizations who have completed user registration can apply for the lottery during the application period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
2. After the application deadline for the lottery, a drawing will be conducted by the system.
3. You can check the lottery results on the system. Also, for those who have registered an email address, the lottery results will be sent by email to the lottery applicants (or the contact person for registered organizations).
4. For paid facilities, please pay the usage fee at the counter by the deadline (if payment is not made, the winning will be canceled).
5. Reservations are confirmed by the payment of usage fees, and for free facilities, by winning the lottery.

Reservation process after the lottery period ends

1. Only registered users and registered organizations who have completed user registration can apply for reservations during the reservation acceptance period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
2. For paid facilities, please pay the usage fee at the counter by the deadline (reservations will be canceled if payment is not made).
3. Paid facilities are confirmed by the payment of usage fees, while free facilities are confirmed by making a reservation request.

About Payment

Paid facilities require payment of usage fees. Usage fees are accepted at Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Comprehensive Gymnasium) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (excluding closed days).
Note: Please pay the usage fee for Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field at the facility's reception desk.
Please make the payment for the usage fee by the third day after the lottery result announcement date or the reservation application date. If you choose to pay in cash at the time of reservation application, please note that payment cannot be made on closed days. Also, please be aware that if payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Please note that fees are non-refundable after payment, so please confirm your reservation details carefully before making the payment (except in cases where the facility cannot be used on the day of reservation due to rain, etc.).

If you are paying the usage fee at the counter, please present the group registration certificate or individual registration certificate of the person who made the reservation. For payments, in the case of group registration, it can be made by a member of the group who is a high school student or older (generally 16 years or older), and in the case of individual registration, it should be the person themselves. However, a proxy authorized by the person who made the reservation can also make the payment by presenting a letter of authorization and identification documents.
