Regarding the use of sports facilities in case of rain or other conditions (Sports facilities in the park)

If you were unable to use the sports facilities due to rain or other reasons, or if you refrained from using them on days when the heat index exceeded 31, until January of Reiwa 7, reservations could be rescheduled, but from February of Reiwa 7 onward, refunds will be provided.
Please note that you must file a claim to receive a refund.
(Note) If not used for personal reasons, it will not be eligible.

Refund Rules

1. If it cannot be used due to rain or other reasons, a report stating that it cannot be used within the designated time must be submitted (required)
2. The administrator will review and notify you of the approval or disapproval for the refund eligibility.
3. Once approved, proceed with the refund process

Refund Policy Conditions (In Case of Rain, Lightning, or Bad Weather)

• You must definitely report if you were unable to use it due to rain or other reasons within the designated time. Please note that refunds cannot be issued without a report.
• Please understand that even if a declaration has been made, refunds cannot be issued if the conditions for refund are not met.
• If you do not make a declaration within the specified time, it will be considered as having been used, and refunds will not be possible, so please understand.
• In addition to the above, refunds may be issued when approved by the administrator.

Refund Conditions (when the heat index is 31 or higher)

• It is mandatory to report if you refrain from using the service due to heatstroke prevention within the designated time. Please note that refunds cannot be made if no report is submitted.
• For details on how to file, please check the information for each facility below.
• Refundable days are only those when the heat index (WBGT) is 31 or higher at the observation points in Hachioji or Fuchu. Refunds will be issued if the heat index exceeds 31 within 30 minutes from the start time of use, or if it is expected to exceed 31 one hour prior.
• If you do not make a declaration within the specified time, it will be considered as having been used, and refunds will not be possible, so please understand.

How to report when unavailable

In case of rain, lightning, or bad weather

• Please submit your declaration using the online declaration form below by 11:59 PM the day after the usage date.
• If no declaration is made by 11:59 PM the following day, it will be considered as used. In that case, please understand that refunds will not be possible.
• The online declaration form will start accepting submissions from February 1, 2025.

When the heat index is 31 or higher

• Please call Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Comprehensive Gymnasium) between 1 hour before and 30 minutes after the start time of use. If a forecast value exceeding a heat index of 31 is announced on the morning of the day, reception will be accepted from 9:00 AM until 30 minutes after the start time of use. (Reception will not be accepted the day before as the actual heat index cannot be confirmed)
• If you have a reservation before the opening hours of Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Comprehensive Gymnasium), please contact us after 9:00 AM on the day.
• If Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Comprehensive Gymnasium) is closed, please contact us on the next business day.
• We will inform you whether you are eligible for a refund when you contact us.

Refund Application Method

Registration of an email address in the Public Facilities reservation system is required for refund applications.

Reservations for use on or after February 1, 2025

1. After receiving the unused declaration by the above method, we will notify you of the refund eligibility results via email by around the 10th of the following month. Additionally, if the heat index is 31 or higher, we will inform you of the refund eligibility when you declare by phone.
2. Please submit your refund request through the online refund application form mentioned in the notification email. (Closing at the end of each month)
3. The refund amount will be transferred to the designated account after the end of the month following the application date.

Note: The transfer will be made by Nomura Real Estate Life & Sports Co., Ltd., the designated manager of the municipal park sports facilities.

Reservations until January 31, 2025

1. Please submit the usage approval form to Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Comprehensive Gymnasium), where we will inform you on the spot whether the refund is approved or not.
2. If approved, we will guide you to the online refund application form on the spot.
3. You can submit a refund request through the refund application form. (Deadline is the last day of each month)
4. The refund amount will be transferred to the designated account after the end of the month following the application date.
