The Community Center's Public Facilities Reservation System has been updated (starting from November, Reiwa 7)
From November of Reiwa 7, the Community Center's Public Facilities reservation system has been updated. New features have been introduced to make it easier to use.

About the Use of the New System
As with the previous Public Facilities reservation system, the new system also requires prior registration for Public Facilities users. Please check the page below for the registration conditions and application methods.
Changes in the New System
Introduction of Online Payment
Online payment will be available soon. You can choose from the following payment methods.
- Credit Card Payment
- Convenience store payment (available at Lawson, FamilyMart, MiniStop, etc. Seven-Eleven is not available)
- Pay-easy Payment
- PayPay Payment
(Note) You can still choose to make payments at each service counter as before.

The method for setting the priority of lottery reservations will be changed
After applying for the lottery, you need to set the priority according to the following steps.
(1) Open My Page.
(2) Press the lottery application list on My Page.
(3) Press the details button of the lottery application list.
(4) Press the priority change button.
(5) Press the priority up or down triangle button to change to the desired priority.
(6) Finally, press the change button.
(Note) Since the system automatically sets the priority, you do not need to make the above settings if there is no need to change the priority.
About the Reservation Screen for the Central Community Center Hall
Due to system settings, the reservation screen for the hall at the Central Community Center has been changed as follows.
Two are displayed: Central Community Center Hall (Event) and Central Community Center Hall (Stage Only).
(Note) There is no change to the rule that reservations for the Central Community Center Hall (stage area only) can be made starting two months before the date of use. If a reservation is made for an incorrect period, it will be deleted by the Community Center.
There are no changes to the reservation schedule or rules
There are no changes to the previous schedule or rules regarding lottery reservations and first-come, first-served reservations. There are also no changes to the time slot allocations.

In the new system, temporary password notifications, lottery results, and announcements from the Community Center will be sent by email.
Please register your email address, and note that emails from the system will include the following domain, so please ensure that your email settings allow for receiving these emails.

Setting a password is required to use the new system.
Organizations that have registered an email address will receive a temporary password notification email. Please follow the instructions to set a new password.
