Personal Registration Conditions

Only those who meet the following conditions may apply for registration.

  1. To be a person whose purpose is to play tennis.
  2. To be a person who is a high school student equivalent or above, residing, working, or studying in the city.

Validity Period

New

Until the last day of the month of the third birthday after the day following the application date

Renewal

Until the last day of the month of the third birthday after the expiration date

 

  • When applying at the counter, the issuance date of the registration certificate will be 14 days or more after the date the application is accepted without any deficiencies.
  • Renewal applications for the registration certificate are accepted from 4 months before the expiration date.

  2. Supplementary Form for Personal Registration Application for Users of Public Facilities in Inagi City (For Individual Tennis Court Use)

Items to Present at the Time of Application

To verify the information entered on the Application Form, please prepare identification documents (see details below) to be checked at the reception.

Details of Identification Documents

(1) Residents within the city

Identification documents issued by national or local government agencies that include the address, name, and date of birth, or other equivalent documents

Examples of Acceptable Documents

Driver's License, My Number Card, Passport (with current address), Qualification Certificate, Copy of Certificate of Residence (must be issued within one month prior to the application date; copies are not accepted)

Examples of Unacceptable Documents

Notification Card (My Number), Bills or Contracts for Electricity, Gas, Sewerage, Telephone Charges, etc., Copies of Certificate of Residence, Postal or Courier Delivery Slips, Passport (without current address)

(2) Employment within the city

Identification documents from (1) and a certificate of employment or work issued by the employer corporation

  • The certificate of employment or work must be the original
  • Must include the issue date and be within one month of the application date
  • Must state the address of the workplace within the city
  • Must bear the company seal

(3) Enrollment within the city

A student ID issued by the school you are enrolled in (showing address, name, date of birth, and enrollment period) or a certificate of enrollment (showing address, name, date of birth, issued within one month prior to the application date, and limited to the original document)

9:00 to 21:00 (excluding closed days)

  • Applications can only be made by the registrant themselves or family members living together who are at least high school level.
  • The contents of the Application Form will be checked against the identification presented at each reception location. Please understand that it may take some time if it is crowded.
  • When returning identification documents, we will provide a "receipt" indicating the date the registration certificate was issued. Please keep it carefully as it will be required when receiving the registration certificate.

  • To receive the registration card, you need to present the "Receipt" and an identification document for verification.
  • The recipient of the registration card is limited to the registrant themselves or family members of high school age or older living together.
  • When applying at the counter, the registration card issuance date will be 14 days or more from the date the Application Form is accepted; however, you cannot receive it on days when the desired facility is closed or not in operation. Also, if there are year-end/new year holidays or long holidays between the acceptance date of the Application Form and the issuance date, it may take more than 14 days.
  • Registration certificates not collected within one month from the issuance date will become invalid. (The facility will not contact you.)
