Maintaining oral health is essential for continuing to eat deliciously and enjoy lively conversations. This is a crucial key to healthy longevity. In recent years, it has become clear that oral decline, known as "oral frailty," is also related to overall health and cognitive decline. However, these changes are often difficult to notice and may progress unknowingly.
