Eligibility

For residents, workers, and students in the Tama area
Note: Recommended for 4th to 6th grade elementary school students living in the Tama area and their Parent or Guardian

Application form on the "Tokyo Tama Wide-area Resource Circulation Association" website, or official postcard

Required Information

• Subject: "Request to Participate in Summer Vacation Disposal Site Tour"
• Preferred Participation Date
• Full name (with phonetic reading), age, postal code, address, and phone number (a number reachable during the day) of all participants
• Name of the municipality for commuting or schooling (if not residing in the Tama area)

Applications via the application form are accepted until noon on the final deadline day, and postcards must arrive by the final deadline day.

   Hachioji City Tobuki Clean Center, Futatsuzuka Disposal Site, Yatosawa Disposal Site (Meeting and Dismissal Location: JR Hachioji Station South Exit)
2. Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM
   Asakawa Clear Stream Environmental Union, Futatsuzuka Disposal Site, Yatosawa Disposal Site (Meeting and Dismissal Location: JR Tachikawa Station North Exit)
3. Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 5:40 PM
   Musashino Clean Center, Futatsuzuka Disposal Site, Yatosawa Disposal Site (Meeting and Dismissal Location: JR Mitaka Station North Exit)

Cost

500 yen per person (including lunch fee)
(Note) Payment on the day

Number of recruits

35 people per session (lottery if there are many applicants)
