We will hold a "Nature Observation Guided Tour" where you can observe the "National Butterfly Great Purple Emperor" preserved at the Yatosawa Disposal Site where reclamation has been completed, and experience the restored satoyama-like natural environment.

There will be a total of 3 sessions, each conducted with a replacement system.

For residents, workers, and students in the Tama area

Application

Necessary

Application form on the "Tokyo Tama Wide-area Resource Circulation Association" website, or a government-issued postcard

Required Information

  • Subject: "Request to Participate in the National Butterfly Great Purple Emperor Tour"
  • Full name (with phonetic reading), age, postal code, address, and phone number (a number reachable during the day) of all participants
  • Name of the municipality for commuting or schooling (if not residing in the Tama area)

  • Applications via the application form are accepted until 5:00 PM on the final deadline day, and for postcards, they must arrive by the final deadline day.
  • Time preferences cannot be accommodated.

Note: Details will be provided to the selected individuals.

Note: Transportation from Kawabe Station to the site will be by large bus.
