Tournament Overview

On Tuesday, November 3 (a public holiday), the 58th Inagi City Citizens Sports and Recreation Tournament will hold a Ground Golf Tournament as a recreational event. We are now accepting participants for this event. We look forward to your participation.

Event Date

Tuesday, November 3, 2026

Note: No backup date
Note: Will be held in light rain (canceled in severe weather. If canceled on the day, the team representatives will be notified by phone between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM.)

Event Time

Reception: From 8:15 AM to 8:45 AM
Note: The venue will not be open before the reception starts, so please come after the reception time begins.
Opening Ceremony from 8:45 AM to 8:55 AM
Competition from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Closing Ceremony: From 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM

Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field Soccer Stadium (3-10-1 Nagamine, Inagi City)

For elementary school students and older who live, work, or study in the city

Application Period: From Tuesday, August 25, 2026 to Friday, September 25, 2026

  • Note: If you are unable to apply using the application form, please contact the Sports Promotion Section below.
  • Note: Details of the tournament will be emailed to the team representative (contact person) by Tuesday, October 27 (holiday).

Application Form

Every year, there are cases where applications are missed because the submit button is not pressed after the confirmation screen. Please be very careful.

The application is complete once you press the "Submit" button.

About Application Completion

・When the application is complete, a "Submission Confirmation Email" will be sent to the applicant. Once you receive this email, your application is complete, so if you do not receive the "Submission Confirmation Email," please be sure to contact the Sports Promotion Section within the application deadline.

・Please be aware that if it is discovered after the application period has ended that your application was not submitted, we will not be able to accept your participation application.

Competition Method

Team Competition (1 team consists of 4 to 6 members)
Total Score for All Holes (Ranking is determined by the total score of the top 4 members within the team.)

  • Note: As in previous years, the FY2026 tournament will also be held over "3 rounds totaling 24 holes."
  • Note: Individual awards available

  • Please bring your own clubs and balls.
  • Please hydrate yourself individually.

Recruiting Assistant Referee Volunteers!

We are recruiting volunteers to assist referees.

Note: Those participating in the competition cannot apply as assistant volunteers.

Volunteer Duties

You will be responsible for assisting the chief referee.

・Check that participants are not committing any violations

・Monitor the surroundings during the competition to ensure participants are not placed at a disadvantage

Note: The tournament operation guidelines (rules, etc.) will be sent individually after application.

Note: Judgments related to scores and tournament rankings will be made by the chief referee.
