Elementary and junior high school students living or attending school in the city
- Note: The parent-child category is for 1st and 2nd grade elementary school students and their Parent or Guardian (one child per one Parent or Guardian).
- Note: Those living outside the city who belong to city-based groups can participate if they apply through the group application.

Inagi Central Park General Ground and Inside Inagi Central Park
(For details on access and facilities, please check the Comprehensive Ground page.)- General Ground north parking lot will be closed to general vehicles from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the day (closing time may vary depending on the progress of the tournament).
- Participants in the elementary and junior high school marathon event are not allowed to enter or exit the Comprehensive Gymnasium west and south parking lots, so please refrain from coming by private car.
- Please use public transportation to come. Using the parking lots of nearby stores also causes inconvenience, so please refrain from doing so.
Distance by Department
- 1.5 kilometers Parent-child category, Boys and Girls categories for 1st to 4th grade elementary school students
- 2 kilometers: Boys and girls in 5th and 6th grade of elementary school, and girls in junior high school division
- 3 kilometers Junior High School Boys Division
Course
There are no changes to the course from the previous tournament (FY2025).
Please note that changes may occur depending on the condition of the truck on the day.

How to Apply
Application Period
From Tuesday, September 15, 2026 to Wednesday, October 7, 2026
Participation Fee
500 yen per person
600 yen per pair for the parent-child category only
Payment Method
Online Payment
Note: The payment procedure differs between individual/parent-child applications and group applications.
- Individual Application: Please make the payment at the same time when applying through the application form.
- Parent-Child Application: Please make the payment at the same time when applying through the application form.
- Group Application: When applying through the application form, the payment is provisional. After the city confirms the application details (number of people, amount, etc.), a payment instruction email will be sent later. Please pay the participation fee for the number of participants within the specified period. The payment instruction email is scheduled to be sent around Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
Note: If you must cancel for unavoidable reasons, please contact the Sports Promotion Section. Please understand in advance that refunds cannot be made after Sunday, November 1, due to the preparation of the player roster, even if you consult with us.

- Group Application: One week from the date of the payment instruction email sent by the city after application
