Computers use precious metals such as rare metals, which can be recycled as resources.
Please recycle any unused computers at home using the "collection of small electronic devices via courier service".
Additionally, there is another disposal method where the manufacturer collects and recycles the items. If you wish to have the manufacturer handle the disposal, please contact the dedicated customer service of each manufacturer directly.
If you are unsure of the manufacturer, please contact the PC 3R Promotion Association (Phone: 03-5282-7685) and follow their instructions for disposal.
Please note that the fees for disposal are free if you use the "collection of small electronic devices via courier service," but if you dispose of them through the manufacturer, there may be a fee depending on the purchase date and the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer's dedicated customer service directly.
