QuestionPlease tell me how to request a copy of the Certificate of Residence by mail.

Please enclose the following four items and send them to the Citizen Affairs Division.
- Mail Request Form
- Fees (Please exchange the amount for a fixed postal money order at the post office)
- Identification documents, etc. (Documents that can confirm the identity of the requester and the registered residence, such as a copy of the Basic Resident Registration Card with photo, driver's license, Health Insurance Card, etc.)
- Return envelope (Please write the address of the registered residence and the name of the requester, and affix a stamp)
