QuestionWhat is a Certificate of Residence code? How can I change it?

Response

The Certificate of Residence code is an 11-digit number assigned to all individuals recorded in the Basic Resident Registration for the purpose of nationwide identification in the Basic Resident Registration Network System.
The numbers are automatically assigned, so you cannot choose a number, but if you wish to make a change, you can do so by submitting a notification. For more details, please refer to the "Certificate of Residence Code" page.
