QuestionI want to know about abandoned bicycles.

Response

Abandoned bicycles refer to bicycles that are left in public places such as roads and around stations, where the user is away from the bicycle and it cannot be moved immediately.
The problems caused by abandoned bicycles include obstacles for pedestrians, obstacles for vehicles, a decline in the beauty of the town, and issues related to crime prevention.
The city has designated no-parking zones and is working to prevent violations by assigning instructors.
