For inquiries regarding the removal of bicycles, please contact the City Hall Management Division. The removed bicycles are managed by their crime prevention registration numbers, so when you contact us, please have the crime prevention registration number (and, if possible, the frame number) that was provided to you when you purchased the bicycle ready.
