Schedule (Planned)

Itinerary

Saturday, November 1	Day 1
9:10 AM	Meet at the north side of Inagi City Hall, "Ikoi Plaza"
9:20 AM	After boarding the bus, depart for Soma City (about 5 hours) Rest stop at the service area (restrooms, individual meals, etc.)
2:30 PM	Arrival at Soma City Soma City Tradition and Repose Memorial Museum Tour 　Hama Station Matsukawaura (Souvenirs, etc.)
4:00 PM	Soma Station Hotel: Check-in
Sunday, November 2	Day 2
9:00 AM	Soma Station Hotel: Check-out After boarding the bus, move to the Soma Citizen Festival venue
10:30 AM	Participation in Soma Citizen Festival Stage Performance
1:00 PM	After boarding the bus at the venue, depart for Inagi City (about 5 hours) Rest stop at the service area (restrooms, individual meals, etc.)
6:30 PM	Arrival and dismissal at the north side of Inagi City Hall "Ikoi Plaza"

 

Regarding Participant Expenses

1 Accommodation fee: Accommodation fee at Soma Station Hotel

　Note: Accommodation subsidy system available. A subsidy of 2,500 yen per night for adults and 1,500 yen per night for children is provided through the prescribed procedures.

　2 Food expenses: All are self-paid. However, breakfast on the second day is included in the accommodation fee.

　3. Transportation expenses: Travel by bus arranged by Inagi City between Inagi City and Soma City is free of charge. All transportation expenses for optional travel by taxi, etc., within Soma City are to be borne by the individual.

　Note: Expenses related to the transportation of equipment, etc. are to be borne by yourself. However, there is no additional cost for items that can be loaded onto the bus.

 

Insurance

Insurance enrolled in Inagi City will be applicable. (Except during free activities)

• If you cancel your accommodation reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged.
