Groups or individuals from Inagi City who can perform in the stage section of the Soma Citizen Festival

Regarding Participant Expenses
1 Accommodation fee: Accommodation fee at Soma Station Hotel
Note: Accommodation subsidy system available. A subsidy of 2,500 yen per night for adults and 1,500 yen per night for children is provided through the prescribed procedures.
2 Food expenses: All are self-paid. However, breakfast on the second day is included in the accommodation fee.
3. Transportation expenses: Travel by bus arranged by Inagi City between Inagi City and Soma City is free of charge. All transportation expenses for optional travel by taxi, etc., within Soma City are to be borne by the individual.
Note: Expenses related to the transportation of equipment, etc. are to be borne by yourself. However, there is no additional cost for items that can be loaded onto the bus.
Insurance
Insurance enrolled in Inagi City will be applicable. (Except during free activities)
Other Topics
- If you cancel your accommodation reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged.
- Citizen Collaboration Division staff will accompany you.
